What is a Product/SKU ID?

A Product /SKU ID is a combination of numbers and/or letters that uniquely identifies your product which you have booked. The ID character length may vary from 8 to 20.

Where can I find my Product ID?

You can see in the ordered the product page in our webstore or in your invoice or in your  email sent to you or shipment notification often contains the Product  ID.

Who can deliver my shipment?

We partner with Fedex, Blue Dart Express ,DHL Express, eCommerce Logistics Service Providers, India Postal Service and other leading local couriers in your respective States and towns in India and abroad, which deliver shipments to you on our behalf. 

When will my product be delivered?

Once Your Order been booked, delivery is based on your service selected. In Our Webstore usually indicates the delivery time.

Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the product/services chosen and origin/destination relation; from 7-14 days for towns with long distances may be 20+ days.

Please also keep in mind that – depending on the product/service chosen – the shipment will normally be handed over to the respective local postal company near your town for final delivery to you wherever very long distance are existing.

Why my product not been delivered till now?

If your shipment exceeds the expected delivery time, your shipment unfortunately is delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience a delay may cause. Delivery delays can be caused by e.g. weather events, customs or strikes. In case your shipment has not arrived within 15 days after the expected delivery time, please contact your customer care. We and our shipping partners can help and start an investigation for lost items.

 Who can I contact if I have not received my shipment?

If you have not received your shipment, please contact our Customer Care or the shipping partner. Delays of up to 21 days are unfortunately possible due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or operational backlogs.

Can you change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has been dispatched.

My shipment is damaged or the content is missing. What can I do?

When your shipment is delivered by the local courier or post, you should contact your local courier agency or the post office within 7 days to submit a damage/missing report.

Please send or return the damaged products and  report to your customer care immediately and send the damaged products within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product shipment from your end to our Company address as per the instructions given in the return policy in the webstore portal. .

Our pricing varies based on your individual shipping being made.
